Connection with Intention: Energetic Embodiment

Connection with Intention - Energetic Embodiment is an opportunity to participate in a group course.  8+ weeks of videos and content will be delivered to you via email.  You will receive contemplation questions that you can use to further your comprehension of what is being taught.  This class is a collaboration with Julie McPherson of Spirit Liberation. 

In this course, you will come to understand multiple concepts from a variety of modalities including but not limited to Human Design AND Emotion Codes:

• Understand your energy and how it flows via your Human Design chart.

• Explore boundaries and why they either work or do not.  How, specifically, should you set boundaries and what should those boundaries entail?
• Do you have energetic blockages that keep you stuck in a lower frequency of trauma?
• Are you living a conscious or unconscious life?  How can you change that?
• What are your current values?  Do they need to be updated?
• Be part of a group that can help you support and integrate what you learn.  Two heads are always better than one!
• Videos delivered by email WITH contemplation questions to take you into higher level thinking via Bloom's Taxonomy.  Complete them or don't....it is up to you.
• Weekly support Zoom sessions.  Attend if you can and want to discuss the week's video and contemplation questions.  Encouraged but not required.
• Get to the basis for why you do what you do.  Your tBtt.  (thought behind the thought) Is it conditioned and playing on auto-loop in the background unbeknownst to you?  Learn how to access that information to eliminate the "I don't know why I do that" response.
