If you are new to Human Design, this reading is absolutely necessary. It covers your Type, Strategy and Authority. These are the building blocks of HD. This is a written document sent by email. It is a resource document that you should print. You will refer to it often during your initial understanding of HD but will eventually integrate this information fully and no longer need to refer to it. Understanding your Type allows you to interact with Life in a specific way. Knowing your Type can help you gain confidence and begin to trust your own process that is right for you. Your decision making tactics become targeted so that you make educated decisions based on your Strategy.  Following your Strategy is very important.  Your Authority furthers flavors your Strategy. You begin living life consciously based on what is best for you. Your decisions become less like throwing a dart at the wall and more conscious and reliable. Once this is mastered, you are ready to move on to Level 2.
